Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy:

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund for your purchase. Please email rabbitryandyarns@gmail.com or use the contact us page. Full refunds will be issued electronically within 14 business days of the request in the event an order was not received (as confirmed by tracking information), or the wrong item was shipped (as confirmed by image of received item). Full refunds will not be issued for any other reason. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted.  All sales outside of the 30 day range are considered final. Refunds on shipping will not be issued for items received late due to shippers because the seller does not have control of the package after it has left the seller’s possession. No refunds will be issued for digital products. 

 

Shipping Policy:

Domestic United States: Flat rate standard 3-10 business day shipping is available for $3.99. The shipper will be selected by the seller. Orders $30 and over are free shipping, which is automatically applied to the order. The shipper will be selected by the seller. The seller does not have control over the length of time the shipper takes to deliver the package after the package leaves the seller's possession. Refunds will not be issued for items received late due to shippers. 

 

International Shipping: Standard shipping is $40 per order. Free international shipping will be applied to all orders $150 and over. The shipper will be selected by the seller. The delivery time will vary based on the shipper selected, and the country being shipped to. The seller does not have control over the time to ship after the package has left the seller's possession. Refunds will not be issued for items received late due to shippers because the seller does not have control of the package after it has left the seller’s possession. 

 

Digital Product Download Policy:

All digital items will be sent electronically to the email provided at check out. This email will prompt the purchaser to click the download button to receive their digital item. No refunds will be issued for digital products.

Services Policies:

24 hour or more notice is required in writing to cancel or reschedule online and in-person services. No-show or failure to provide 24 hour notice or more for cancelation and rescheduling will result in a $40 fee automatically charged to your payment method on file. These services are non-refundable. You must provide your own fiber, or purchase fiber to spin with from Rabbitry & Yarns prior to attending an in-person spinning yarn lesson.
